
The other day I received a call from one of their reps who just wanted to thank me for doing business with them and to ask if I needed help with anything. And as a matter of fact, I did need their help, but hadn’t gotten around to calling them.
I’ve been a Yahoo! Web hosting customer for about seven years now and do I ever get a call from them?
I think it’s time to make the switch.
Isn’t it amazing what one little call could do? Add that to the list of little things that make a difference.

I've written about them, too. Their website is the pits, but their people more than make up for it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
It's true: little things do make the difference, but their customer service is a pretty big thing!
