 The other day I received a call from one of their reps who just wanted to thank me for doing business with them and to ask if I needed help with anything. And as a matter of fact, I did need their help, but hadn’t gotten around to calling them. I’ve been a Yahoo! Web hosting customer for about seven years now and do I ever get a call from them? I think it’s time to make the switch. Isn’t it amazing what one little call could do? Add that to the list of little things that make a difference. |

Thanks for dropping by! Yeah, GoDaddy's website is a little overwhelming, but I can excuse them for that because their people are top notch (at least the ones I've talked to are!)
I've written about GoDaddy before - they are an interesting company. They do some things really well and others things in an interesting way that may not be best.

I'm with you! GoDaddy hosts my website and their customer service is the best I've experienced yet! They do call me - so pro-active. And, when I call them I can get them on the phone pretty quickly and my problem is always solved immediately.
GoDaddy all the way!

I've written about them, too. Their website is the pits, but their people more than make up for it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
It's true: little things do make the difference, but their customer service is a pretty big thing!
