Advice For Dell
Dell (DELL) has established itself as a company that offers computers online at reasonable prices.  However, the company has gotten into a little bit of hot water these past couple years because of shoddy customer service.  If you're unfamiliar with the Dell saga, check out my past posts about the company.  They've had their share of challenges, to say the least.

My advice: Focus on your service first.  Then come out with new inventions.
