If we take what Brian Tracy says and look at it from a customer service perspective, you begin to understand that your business and your customers are a reflection of what you've been thinking. If you believe that your customers are all dead-beats who just want to complain all the time, well, that's what you'll keep attracting. However, if you believe that your customers value your business and love your products or services, those are the people you'll continue to attract.
