
As I study all the different reasons why the state of customer service has declined, a clear answer emerges...
People hate their jobs. They're the people who shouldn't be answering the phones...
But what boggles my mind is why people continue to stay in a job they hate. I consider it a form of self-abuse to wake up day after day and put yourself through the mental torture of doing something you dislike.

I hated my last job - correction - my last employer, the job could have been a great if he'd allowed it to be
Why did I stay for so long? Because I'm a good spender and a bad saver so it took me ages to squirrel away enough to start up on my own
