
I agree that every single person on your team - especially managers - have to be on board when it comes to customer service training. Managers especially have to follow-through to make sure all employees are implementing what they've learned during training.

I haven't really thought of Wii appealing to senior citizens and the fact that I see it as a quirky concept is a little strange as well. Just because a person is no longer in his or her twenties or thirties doesn't mean that he or she is not interested in fun stuff. Why do we always forget about that?
