Customer Service At Alltop Now Open
Here's a brand new customer service resource that you may appreciate:  Customer Service at Alltop.  Get all the customer service news and blogs all in one spot!

As a Twitter follower of Guy Kawasaki, I learned about Alltop and noticed that there wasn't a category for customer service.  I contacted Guy, gave him a list of rcustomer-service-alltop.jpgesources, and Voila!  Customer Service at Alltop was born ;)  If I missed your blog, please send me an email (maria @ customersarealways dot com) and I'll be sure to get it listed.  There are also Marketing and Social Media categories as well.

Yeah there is no doubt in increasing of cutomer towards the customer care. This is the place where each and every customer is getting satisfactory response what they want. Customer acts like a soul for the business, as business totally depends upon the customer satisfaction. Customer service sells, Offline and online, customers are looking for hassle-free, convenient, pleasant shopping. “Gone are the days when the customer overlooked poor service because the price was discounted. Strong customer service is a valuable asset, especially in today's high-tech-oriented, increasingly impersonal business world. Despite the increased use of new technologies intended to improve customer service, such as automated phone systems and live chat over the Internet, poor customer service is the primary reason for the failure of the business.
