In the news this past week there was buzz about UPS's (United Parcel Service) deal with DHL to carry some of DHL's air packages. Of course this deal would work in UPS's favor because of the potential for more revenue - $1 billion in additional revenue isn't such a bad gig.
However, what does this mean for the customers of UPS and DHL? How will UPS handle the influx of customer issues and complaints? (Believe me, there will be plenty of them!) $1 billion in revenue each year sure means they can afford to hire additional customer service reps.
There's an interesting conversation going on over at Dayton Daily News where locals are sharing their reactions to this UPS/DHL deal.
