Ok, we're on a roll now! We've got some good customer service stories in the radar...
Where I used to live a few years ago there was a little convenience store a block away. A cute little store run by guys who always greeted you when you walked in and asked how you were doing when you went to pay. I would go in there every other day to grab some gum or if I was cooking dinner and needed something real quick I would run over to the store and get what I needed.
Well, one day I thought I had brought enough money with me to buy something...
"Don't worry about it! Just bring in the money next time," Johnny said to me.
That was a big deal to me. Who does that anymore, right? Well, I found out that there is still old-fashioned customer service in the world.
