What Is a Good Salesperson?
Cam Beck offers us a little taste (pun intended!) of what Too Much "Customer Service" is and being aware of what you say to people who buy products from you.   Especially when you're dealing with food - it's never safe to assume anything about the person buying it.  Food, people's ages, religion, and sexual orientation are not areas you want to really bring up! 

thinking-gb.jpg As a customer service rep your job is to listen and ask questions, not to make negative comments about what a person is buying.  Cam said it best: "You are responsible for what you sell, but not what other people do. If you're not comfortable selling what your company sells, get out of the business and do something else."
