
I often hear people who say that they're in the business of making people happy. Happiness is what we strive for in life and creating happy customers is what each business person should be thinking about. It's not about the money. What it boils down to is having a happy and peaceful life. That's why I like Lewis Green's post, 10 Steps to Happiness Today.
Lewis is asking us to think about happiness and share it with others. One simple post about happiness could spread some good vibes out into the blogosphere and maybe, just maybe, that positive energy could manifest into better customer service!









Exactly, Beyond any good business is good customer service. You should always prior your chores towards customer's satisfaction! Being a part of this industry for 5+ years surely taught me a lot.. and I have dealt with hundereds and hundreds of customers on monthly basis.. Ours and ours customers..
