
Earlier I talked about how customer service is an enterprise strategy and encompasses every aspect of your business. I've also stressed here time and time again how customer service starts with each individual. In terms of customer service, every single person in your company has to be on the same page. That also means that every single person has to love what they do.
In an interview with Douglas Hanna, Michael Murphy said, "It’s not enough to have great service and innovative products, you’ve got to love what you do, and only then can you deliver the sort of service that Virgin customers have come to expect. It is that notion that ends up making the biggest difference to our customers."
