Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

With a new CEO at the reigns, Home Depot (HD) is on a mission to improve its stores and service.  This article at the Wall Street Journal (free preview) says that the company will be reassigning overnight workers to day shifts so that there are more people on the sales floor to help customers.  Whether or not this will work remains to be seen.  I think it's a good first move - after all, you can't change a company overnight.  Let's just hope that management is committed to this turnaround.  If not, we may continue to see Home Depot stock going down.
