
Could this indeed be a marketer's nightmare? I agree that direct marketers should focus on the customers who do like to receive mailings from them. With many people shopping on the internet these days, perhaps contacting customers via email would be better at saving precious trees. However, even email solicitations can be annoying as well, so do allow your customers the option to opt-out of those emails if they so choose.
