Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

Interestingly enough, we're already near the end of January and I haven't come across any major airline horror stories.  Perhaps the airline carriers have learned from the American Airlines fiasco that occurred last year. 

However, this is not to say that airlines are taking action to improve their customer service.  In fact, British Airways recently announced that they are working on improving service at London Heathrow airport.  Perhaps this is due to the latest report saying that the UK carrier has the worst customer service among the three biggest airlines. 

On a more positive note, British Airways has developed a new carbon offset program to help finance clean energy projects.
