Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

Wouldn't that be a great headline to read at the end of this year?  Well, if business people take the advice offered in this article over at CNNMoney.com, then perhaps they'll make liars out of those "analysts" who say that 2008 won't be a stellar one for retailers.  For companies who have understood that customer service is indeed the way to be successful, well, this article surely won't be news to them. 

I completely agree with these five key areas that businesses should focus on that were mentioned in the article.  At the top of my list: Fix the staffing conundrum.
