Want to Speak at a Future ICMI Conference?

Are you a speaker looking for more exposure?  Do you want to share your knowledge or experiences in the call center or customer service?  Then you may be interested in speaking at one of ICMI's (International Customer Management Institute) future conferences.  Here's the announcement I received today:

ICMI Conference 2007 in San DiegoICMI produces three conferences each year for call center professionals, so we are always looking for speakers who want to share their call center knowledge and experience with their peers. We're particularly interested in hearing stories of learning and success from people currently working in call centers. If you have a good story to tell, we'd like to hear about it.

By filling out this one form, you will be considered for three (3) of our upcoming events, so you won't have to fill out three separate forms. That makes it easier for you, and for us, as well.

Use this form for these three (3) conferences:

  • Annual Call Center Exhibition (ACCE), Phoenix, Arizona, September 15-18, 2008

  • Call Center Demo & Conference, Miami, Florida, February 25-27, 2009
    *** DEADLINE for submitting proposals for Miami 2009 is 12:00am Eastern on June 30, 2008 ***

  • Call Center Demo & Conference, Texas, May/June 2009>
    *** DEADLINE for submitting proposals for Dallas 2009 is 12:00am Eastern on September 29, 2008 ***
