Then you may be interested in speaking at one of ICMI's (International Customer Management Institute) future conferences. Here's the announcement I received today:
ICMI produces three conferences each year for call center professionals, so we are always looking for speakers who want to share their call center knowledge and experience with their peers. We're particularly interested in hearing stories of learning and success from people currently working in call centers. If you have a good story to tell, we'd like to hear about it.
By filling out this one form, you will be considered for three (3) of our upcoming events, so you won't have to fill out three separate forms. That makes it easier for you, and for us, as well.
