Turning a Jerk Into Your Best Customer

In the world of customer service we're constantly meeting people from all walks of life with different wants and needs.  Sometimes we get customers are easy to please, sometimes they're not so nice, and then there are those who are just down-right jerks.

However, as Rich G. shares in this post, Greet the customers, even the jerks...maybe especially the jerks, yes, even the jerks should get a greeting.  After all, sometimes those jerks may be just be having a difficult day.  You never know, if you can get a jerk to smile, they might just end up being one of your best customers ;)
