The Only Way to Improve Customer Service in 2008

As we head into the New Year and you're making your list of things you want to accomplish, have you added "create a better experience for my customers"?  How about "improve my customer service skills"? 

The only way you're going to improve is to read, gain knowledge, and make the commitment to practice those skills you've learned.
