
It still doesn't change the fact that people are upset with Macy's and its customer service.
Perhaps I will just get over it. After all, it's not like I own any stock in the company. Perhaps this will be one of those cases where they just have to learn the hard way. Don't say I didn't try to help ;)
Now don't get me wrong. I understand that there are many Macy's employees out there that provide excellent customer service and I've read a few stories about them. I've never been helped by those people, unfortunately.
