I received a few gift cards this Christmas, so I've spent a good portion of the day doing some online shopping.  I'm seeing more websites with "communities" where people can share information about products or services.  I'm also aware that more companies are offering the chat feature if you need online help.  Overall I'm pretty happy with the shopping experiences that I've had - and it seems that I'm not the only one...This article says that web shoppers were more satisfied this year with their online shopping.
