
We can thank Web 2.0 for all the different tools, hacks, widgets, blogs, and what-have-you that makes organizing our business so much easier. The only downside to that is that we now have so many of tools to choose from! Where to start?!?
For instance, take this list of 100 customer service hacks and resources that InsideCRM posted (via Customer Experience Crossroads). Absolutely mind-boggling, but much needed!
The resources I've used include:
#9 - Send out handwritten notes whenever you can: This I highly recommend!
#49 - CafePress.com - I have my own gift shop and give some of these items to customers and/or blog readers
#68 - LinkedIn - I connect with many blog readers here
#79 - Ryze - It's been awhile since I've hung out at Ryze and I definitely need to update that profile! However, I've met so many phenomenal people through this business networking site
