Waiting for take-off.  Is this another case of all talk and no action?  It'll be interesting to see exactly how customer service will improve.  Winter is coming up and that's when I usually read all the horror stories about the airlines.  Let's see if the new technology that the AA spokesperson talked about in the article will work!
