
If you do any shopping online, buying a high-priced item like a TV, car, or even a home can be a challenge - especially if you're only visual are a couple pictures of the item on a web page.
If you're a merchant, why not make it easier for a customer to make a decision by providing a video of the item?
I recently read about a real estate agent who sold a home to a client who didn't even physically see the home. The agent created a video tour of the home and uploaded it to the web for the client to see.
How are you making it easy for the customer to shop on your website? Are you using video to enhance the experience?

This is a really good idea!
I might suggest to "kick it up a notch" by having a professional-sounding voice mail as well... Many smaller organizations don't have a live person answering the phone and instead the caller goes to a dead-sounding voice mail. It's a huge turnoff...
