Last year I wrote about my experience with San Diego cab companies and after watching this video of Shep Hyken tell a great cab story, it makes me want to visit Dallas just so I could have that same cab ride experience.  I'd be happy to just get a cab driver who would even speak to me! I'm pretty blown away by this story and I'm sure you will feel the same way.
