
If I were ever to receive some blog award for this blog and I had to go up and make some kind of speech, I would have a long, long list of people to thank. Seriously, it would take up about an hour of time!
I give many thanks to all of you readers, fellow customer service bloggers, guest bloggers, and contributors! Every single day I sit down to write, I think about how blessed I am to be able to do something I love and help other people in the process. I am truly grateful.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - customer service IS the way to success in business. If you can be thankful for the customers you have and treat them right, then there's no doubt that you will persevere and prosper. Even though tomorrow is Thanksgiving, don't just give thanks during this time of year, give thanks every day.
