There's no doubt in my mind that the hot topic of conversation in the next few weeks will be airline and airport customer service.  The weather and flight delays are a common recipe for tension, anger, and poor customer service. 

Oh, and let's not forget the rule that luggage should be no more than 50 lbs. (Thanks, Mary, for that reminder)  Heaven forbid should your luggage weigh 50.25 lbs and you have to delay other passengers because you have to open up the suitcase to figure out what you should take out.  Don't let me rant on about how you now have to pay $25 if you decide not to take anything out of the suitcase...
