
Christopher Carfi of The Social Customer Manifesto shares with us his definition of "customer relationship" and I would agree with what he says. A relationship whether its with a customer, relative, friend, or spouse is one in which you connect at a deeper level. It goes beyond the "transaction". It's about getting to know someone besides their first and last name.
