Just yesterday I was talking about how Verizon wanted to step up their level of customer service...Then today I find out that they've come out with the Voyager cell phone that is supposed to rival the iPhone. The LG Voyager features a touch screen just like the iPhone, plus it has a camera and extensive internet capabilities.
Whether or not the Verizon Voyager will outsell the iPhone remains to be seen, but the bigger question that comes to mind is: Who is going to provide the best service?
If I had the choice right now to buy the iPhone or the Voyager, I might lean more towards the Voyager. Like I said before, I've always had good experiences with Verizon. AT&T's phone customer service can be real frustrating at times (they're my current provider). Even Susan over at MarketingBlurb believes that Verizon has better service.
In regards to this new product launch, other questions come to mind: Which is the best way for companies to compete? Should it be by product or service? Or both?

I'm getting it! people are saying that its trying to be like the iphone and what they don't know is that Lg came out with the prada and THATS where the iphone got its "idea". I dont really care for the iphone. sucks to txt and I being a txter didn't care for it. This Lg phone is more my cup of tea. Good job Verizon and Lg on bringing this phone out. Don't think its going to beat the iphone but who cares. At&t sucks!!! and I'm not going to be paying for a service that keeps dropping. Id rather take a hit on the phone than the service. Been with Verizon for a long time, had other carriers HATTED THEM!!!, So I'm very satisfied and with this phone its only a big +
