
I think the most important thing to remember this week is that people need recognition - no matter if they're customers or internal customers. Tell the people you work with "Thank You!" and mean it. Show them how much you appreciate their hard work by offering respect at all times. Tell your customers how much you appreciate their business. Sometimes a few kind words is all it takes.
