For those of you who don't know, I am a big fan of music - any type of music.  In fact, I have a blog dedicated to talking about music and the music industry.  Well, I just found out that Radiohead's new album, "In Rainbows", will be released via their website.  The kicker is, you can pay however much you want to download the album!  If you want to pay $1, go right ahead.  Are you a devoted fan of Radiohead and want to give them $30 for the album?  You could do that too!

This is where the power of customer loyalty comes into play.  If customers value your previous products - in this case, the music - and they're a big fan, I'm sure they would be willing to support you and pay a little more if they have the money.
