Stepping into the Bellagio I was greeted by the usual scene in Las Vegas: a smoky casino room. I had walked into one of the side entrances on my way to eat at one of the buffets which I was told was one of the best in Vegas. After lunch the plan was to check out the gallery where the Monet exhibit was taking place.

However, before I did that I walked out by the pool and watched two men next to me in white robes smoking a cigar. You could just smell the money in the smoke. I took in the scenery around me. It was spectacular, to say the least. I looked up at the hotel and thought to myself, "Wow - I bet it must feel like Heaven to stay at this hotel..."
Well, not so much. If I had to deal with the same Bellagio employee depicted at The Employee Factor blog, it certainly wouldn't have been Heaven. This is just a great example of what one employee can do to ruin the reputation of a luxurious entity. Managers, see how important it is that each and every person you hire is the best? One wrong move and your company ends up in the bad service category on someone's blog...
