
I'm sure many of you have shopped at a place that wasn't well-known, but you always walked out of the store feeling good about the experience. Perhaps the customer service rep made you laugh and you had a fun time shopping. Maybe the store didn't have all the bells and whistles of a fancy, modern looking store, but that didn't matter to you because the people who helped you made you feel good and valuable. Well, that's how I felt about that movie I watched!
It doesn't matter what kind of budget you have for your business - what's most important is that you know how to make your customers feel good when they do business with you!
