Walking into any
Home Depot store and the energy that greets you can sometimes feel overwhelming. On the hunt for the items you need, you walk up and down dusty aisles and if you're lucky enough, you'll find what you need in less than 10 minutes.
For me, Home Depot is a "man store". It's rough, it's rugged, and interestingly enough, most of the men are on the floor and the women are the cashiers.

However, that may all change because Home Depot is rethinking the customer experience. In hopes to woo and romance women customers, the company is testing out a new store concept in which they combine a regular Home Depot store with the features of an Expo store, the company's upscale sister store.
Will it work? Only if the customer service reps know what they're doing!
