Happy Monday, Everybody! Welcome to the Gumbo Edition of the Customer Service Carnivale! The reason I'm calling this the Gumbo Edition is because gumbo is a mix of all types of ingredients and when it's served up - wow, does it taste delicious! Like the last carnivale, this one is a mixture of all kinds of goodies ;)
This carnivale represents all the different aspects of customer service - many directly related to customer service and a few that will make you ask yourself, "What does this have to do with customer service?" After much thought, you'll realize that customer service is about interpersonal relationships and how you carry yourself at all times.
With that said, let the fun begin!
