AccuConference.com: A Customer Friendly Website Case Study

I think that most of us can agree that having a website is a must in today’s business world.  Most people go to the internet to find information and if your company can be the source of that information, you have the chance of securing a new customer, right?  

However, have you given much thought to whether or not your website is customer friendly?  Is there a way for customers to contact you if they need more information? At first glance of your website, do customers know what you have to offer?

AccuConference is a company that offers conference call services such as web conferencing, video conferencing, and even large conference call events.  The front page of the website has all the information right there in front of you so you know exactly what types of products and services they offer.  

 

The one thing I always look for when I visit a company’s website is an 800 number.  In the case of AccuConference, their 800 number is at the top right-hand corner - can’t miss it!  

If there isn’t a phone number on the front page, I then check for a “Contact” page.  There is one for AccuConference where they have several other contact numbers, an email address, in addition to a contact form if you choose to contact them that way.  

Bonus:  AccuConference also has live chat - love it!  

Another Bonus:  They have a blog where they talk about customer service!
