As fashion editors at New York Fashion Week critique the runway shows going on in Bryant Park, Southwest Airlines has started their own band of fashion police on the airline runway...
Ah, Southwest Airlines has caused quite a ruckus. Well, I shouldn't say "Southwest Airlines" - the employee in question is to blame. Apparently the attendant didn't like the outfit that a passenger, Kyla Ebbert, was wearing on her trip from San Diego to Tuscon. The employee asked Ebbert to alter her outfit so that it was more appropriate. What right does an airline employee to tell a customer what or what not to wear?
This rule may work for fancy, schmancy restaurants, but this is an airplane ride we're talking about - and one coming from warm-weather San Diego at that. Although I don't condone wearing short skirts and cleavage-revealing tops, it's just not your place to tell a customer how to dress.

Wow. I don't understand how Southwest could possibly get away without offering an appology at minimum. I will say this though, even watching that interview, I did see the girl's underwear when she sat down after showing her outfit. Is the a reason to be kicked off (or threatened) a plane? Not at all.
