Any resourceful customer can still figure out how to find a Walmart phone number if they really wanted to call them. However, not posting it on the website only causes a great deal of frusteration. Whether it be tracking a shipment or a question about a product, if I had a question about anything and wanted to talk to a human but couldn't find the number, I would immediately question whether or not I should do business with that company again.
All I know is that Walmart better have phenomenal email service support! Hmm, am I supposed to "Save Money. Live Better." after reading this news? Well, it's good the motto doesn't include "Save time", otherwise I'd have to sue for false advertising!
