From October 1-5, 2007 you can celebrate Customer Service Week. Logon to CSWeek.com to get free resources such as email bulletins full of ideas for making the celebration a success, you can find out how other organizations are celebrating Customer Service Week, plus you can get all kinds of decorations, gifts, rewards, and incentives to give to employees. Celebrating Customer Service Week not only boosts morale, motivation and teamwork, but it raises awareness within the company of the importance of customer service.
I also found out that Phil Gerbyshak (The Make It Great! Man) will be hosting a webinar during CS Week titled The Million Dollar Pizza: How One Bad Customer Experience Can Cost You a Million Dollars or More! To register, visit HDI. Here's a little promo that Phil posted at YouTube:
Also, from October 28 - November 2 the 2nd Annual Bathroom Blogfest will take place! This is the time that we critique public restrooms and offer advice on how businesses can create a better experience in the one place customers do their "duties". Check out last year's posts on the Bathroom Blogfest. If you would like to participate, let me know: maria [at] customersarealways [dot] com
