
"She's such a great worker. She's all about customer service...almost to a fault," said the lady.
"Well, that's a good thing," the man sitting beside her said.
"Not if you're thinking about profits...the bottom-line," she replied. Her comment made me cringe.
"Well, it's for the long-term," the man answered back.
I just want to know, Dear Readers: Is there such a thing as being too focused on customer service? Can someone be so involved in customer service that it's actually a fault? A flaw?
