The Budget Fashionista posts the Top Online Retail Sites of which VictoriaSecret.com came in as #2. I can't say much for the online shopping experience with Victoria's Secret, but I do know that every time I walk into one of their stores, I am always greeted by someone. Not to mention that all their products are top-notch. I can't believe I'm admitting this, but I have bras and underwear from Victoria's Secret that has lasted about ten years!
I've never had to return anything to VS, but it's good to know that the company has a very liberal return policy. It's also interesting to know that Manuel Diggs, Victoria's Secret Direct Customer Service Director, believes that "Feedback is a gift" (Source).
