
At the ACCE, I had a talk with Presence Technology, a company that provides outbound and inbound software platforms to help business users with their call center needs. Presence offers a wide variety of communication channels including: inbound calls, outbound calls, chats, web call back, scripting, and email. The company is based in Barcelona, Spain with offices around the world and over 2,000 agents serving their clients.
Todd Gould of Presence gave me a brief overview of what the company has to offer. He says that his energy and motivation comes from being able to create custom modular systems for their customers who have specific needs. Whereas other companies take weeks to create a system based on a customer's specifications, Presence can create a system for a client within a couple days.
