
This reminds me of a talk given by Steve Coscia at the Annual Call Center Exhibition. He offered some tips about reducing agent anxiety. One of those tips was ensuring that agents were eating properly and getting enough rest at night. Having calm agents affects the value perception of your company, so it is important that your customer service agents have a proper diet.








Yes, definitely diet affects your customer service, by making you sleep and depressed. Eating right diet daily makes you healthy, fit and you will be more efficient in your customer service.
