Albert Einstein was truly a genius. He knew exactly what to say and in this quote I felt very inspired. I'm reminded of a District Manager who was the epitome of
what a manager should be. She was always asking me for feedback, if the store was busy she would get out on the floor to help, and she was always available by cell phone (most DMs only gave a voice mail number). She didn't need to bully me around to get what she wanted.If you want your customer service reps to give better customer service, then be the instrument for change. Be that person who always offers exceptional customer service and show your employees that you can "walk the talk".
