Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

Need an answer about a product or service?  Get Satisfaction!  Thanks to fellow customer service blog, Service Untitled, I found out about a new website where people can post questions and have them answered by a community.  In a nutshell, Get Satisfaction is "people-powered customer service". 

Let's say that you've tried to contact a company about a product, but they've been slow to answer or you don't like the answer they give you.  You can go to Get Satisfaction and post your question and have other members of the community offer a solution.  The process is very similar to Yahoo! Answers except that Get Satisfaction is focused on companies with products and services.

For businesses like Apple, Canon, or Subaru, (just a few of the companies that have been added to the database) I think this is a great place for them to go to get feedback about their products or services.
