
Just so you know - India is not the only place where customer service is outsourced. The Philippines is also another country that many U.S. companies outsource to. I'm still a bit divided about outsourcing to other countries. I can understand that companies want to cut costs, but at the same time I wonder just how much training these people get about a company's culture and values. But then again, there are some call center agents in the U.S. who really could care less about a company's values...so it could go both ways.
