I'm reminded of the time I flew First Class on United Airlines on a trip to Vancouver, B.C. My coffee was served in an actual cup with a platter - no styrofoam - and besides the extra leg room and bigger seats, I didn't notice anything much different in the service. What I mean is, the flight attendant was no more pleasant than a flight attendant would have been had I flown in coach class.

People always talk about "getting what you pay for", but I'm not so sure about that philosophy. I think you can give great service but still be competitive with pricing.
What do you think?
