Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

The Selling Sherpa blog tells a story of a coffee shop that has a "Customer of the Month".  Seth Godin thinks it's a great idea.   What about you?  Do you have a similar program?  Do you think it's a great idea?

A few questions come to mind...How do you determine the customer of the month?  Is it the nicest customer?  The customer who comes in every day?  In the case of the coffee shop - is it the customer who gives the most tips? 

My local Jamba Juice chooses the customer who comes in at least 2-3 times every morning.  Well, that counts me out because I like to get a Jamba Juice in the afternoons!  Can't I still be a customer of the month?
