
The Annual Call Center Exhibition (ACCE) started today at the San Diego Convention Center, so if you are attending the event, I'd love to meet you! [email: maria at customersarealways dot com] The conference expands from Sep 10-13 while the exhibits take place Sep 10-12.
The International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) is hosting the expo which will have some pretty important keynote speakers like Jim McCann, the founder and CEO of 1-800-Flowers.com. He'll be giving a talk about customer service and loyalty tomorrow. Unfortunately I'm on the road and will miss tomorrow's conferences.
However, on Wednesday I will be attending the keynote of Alan Deutschman, author and Fast Company writer. He will be giving a talk based on his book: Change or Die: The Three Keys at Work and in Life.
