I’ve been on both sides of the fence with this one. I’ve worked with a company that did store transfers (Nordstrom) and a company that did not do store transfers (Wet Seal). I can tell you that companies stand to lose a lot of money from not doing transfers for customers. The look on a customer’s face when you tell them that you can have an item shipped to the store closest to them - priceless!
