I have to admit that at one point a couple months ago, I felt like it was time for me to move on from Customers Are Always. I’ve been blogging here for about a year and a half and was starting to feel like I had just about covered every topic related to customer service. What more is there to talk about?
However, the more I thought about it, the more I realized that there so much more to customer service than just providing for our customers‘ needs. If we look beyond the idea of just providing good customer service to people, we begin to discover our purpose in life. I believe that we’re all here to be of service - to help people. Some of us know what we’re here to do and others are still finding their way.
It’s my hope to help those people who are still finding their way…Sometimes they get stuck in a job that isn’t very life fulfilling. They begin to feel resentment and unhappy about the work they do - thus leading to poor service.
However, if they only realized that the work that they are doing now is only but a mere stepping stone on the journey to their dream job! It’s possible to be happy and grateful now for what they’ve been given.
No matter what you do in life - whether it’s bagging groceries at the supermarket or helping customers choose a new computer at the electronic store - there’s something to learn each and every day. You can also make a difference in someone’s life just by smiling at them!
That said, I’ve decided to keep blogging here at Customers Are Always and to go on this journey with you! I would like to continue to inspire others to be the person who makes a difference in a customer’s life.

Great blog,
I have always believed that excellent customer service is purely a reflection of how we would like to be served ourselves.http://attitudetraining.com.au/
